All orders received and sent to UncratedRhino.com will be shipped within 48hrs.
If there is an issue, the UncratedRhino.com staff will notify the customer within
24-48hrs via email provided. Most shipments will occur in the US, however there
may be a product that requires out of the country shipping. The customer will be
contacted concerning the international shipping requirement via email provided.
Returns are handled and processed by the UncratedRhino.com staff at our main office.

phone 1-941-918-9031 so we may process your request ASAP. You will then receive a
return authorization number so you may return the item without an issue.
